Emphasizing on reducing the incumbency of government on business, developing and optimization of administrative system, rebuilding the competition atmosphere more attainment in social and economical efficiency, balance between government activities and other economical parts in the rules of economical, social, and cultural programs, prepared a condition that the council of ministers approved to cede the bitumen plants which were the property of Iran National Refining and Distributing Oil Production.
Regarding to the above sentences, all the movable and real states of bitumen plants which were the property of refining companies in Tehran, Shiraz, Arak, Abadan, Tabriz, and Bandar Abbas were ceded to the “Social Security Organization” and “State Retirement Fund”, and above organizations have established Pasargad Oil Company to manage and use the moved properties.
